ATEM SDI Extreme ISO è uno switcher video professionale pensato per la regia multicamera in ambienti dove si lavora esclusivamente con segnali SDI. Include tutte le funzioni di ATEM SDI Pro e dispone di 8 ingressi SDI, che permettono di collegare diverse fonti video come telecamere o altri dispositivi. Ogni ingresso è in grado di riconoscere automaticamente il formato video in uso, rendendo il flusso di lavoro molto flessibile. Sono presenti anche 4 uscite SDI che si possono utilizzare per il monitoraggio o la distribuzione del segnale.

Una delle sue caratteristiche più apprezzate è la possibilità di registrare simultaneamente nove flussi video in formato H.264, ovvero il programma finale più il clean feed di ciascuna sorgente. Questa funzione è particolarmente utile in post-produzione, dove ogni segnale può essere recuperato e rieditato in un secondo momento. Inoltre, tutti i file registrati vengono salvati come un progetto DaVinci Resolve, già pronto per l’editing, con tutte le fonti sincronizzate automaticamente.
