Blackmagic Studio Camera 4K Pro G2 vanta le stesse funzioni delle grandi telecamere da studio, ridotte però in un formato compatto e portatile. Rispetto alla Studio Camera 4K Plus G2, vanta un sensore Super 35 e baionetta per il montaggio di obiettivi Canon EF, più altre funzionalità aggiuntive.

Questo modello, con connettività professionale 12G-SDI e 10G Ethernet, è progettato per le configurazioni in cui la camera e i potenti switcher SDI sono molto distanti tra loro.
