SKU: BORA12-CXBORA12-CX is a long-throw passive PA loudspeaker featuring a 12" ferrite woofer + 1" coaxial horn-loaded tweeter, designed to ensure high performance in all weather conditions, in particular an extended frequency response and excellent intelligibility for both music and speech.
Compliant with IP56 standards, it supports a power output of 300 WRMS into 8 ohms and also operates on 100 V lines thanks to its integrated transformer.
Its construction is extremely robust: the cabinet, featuring an internal sound-absorbing layer, is made of polymer compound injection molding with a scratch-resistant textured finish and exposed metal parts in stainless steel or aluminum, designed to resist dust, water, wind, and UV rays. The mounting bracket (with rubber grommets) is made of marine-grade 316 stainless steel and then painted white, a feature that sets the BORA12-CX apart from its competitors.
The rear wiring harness, complete with gasket and stainless steel screws, is completely sealed with a cable gland. The multilayered front grille, which protects the loudspeaker from the bad weather, is also made of stainless steel with stainless steel screws and features a rear foam and acoustically transparent fabric protection.
Finally, the loudspeaker comes with a safety harness (cable) and stainless steel screws for secure installation.
In combination with the BORA15-EB subwoofer, it allows you to add even deeper bass that enriches the overall sound output.
