Wave: 3 is a complete solution that integrates a broadcast microphone with a digital audio mixer.
Mounted on a U-shaped table stand with a rubberized base that allows you to tilt it as needed, the microphone features a condenser capsule with a cardioid polar pattern so that background sounds and noises are strongly attenuated. A multi-layered pop protection system shields the capsule so that it is not affected by plosives.
Powered by LEWITT audio technology, the microphone includes a 24-bit / 48 kHz A/D conversion circuit. When input levels reach peak levels, proprietary Clipguard technology directly redirects the audio to a lower volume via a second signal path, resulting in clean audio output, even when you shout. A control knob on the front is used to adjust headphone volume, adjust input gain, and crossfade the PC-microphone mix. A capacitive mute button silently deactivates the microphone input.
On the back there is a USB Type-C output and headphones. An optional pop filter made of double-layered metal mesh and a reinforced elastic suspension with an attachment compatible with all conventional articulated arms is available.
For mixing, we used an intuitive software designed specifically for content creation, Wave Link, which gives you maximum control of your Twitch streams, YouTube videos or audio podcasts. Thanks to 9 independent input channels, you can mix audio sources in real time. You can also create 2 completely independent output mixes, one for the operator and one for your audience and monitor them instantly. By equipping the virtual mixer with third-party VST plugins such as EQ, compression or reverb, the power to customize your sound is virtually unlimited.
Stream Deck works perfectly with Wave Link to provide complete studio control. You can easily set up buttons to mute sources, adjust levels, skip tracks and any other action, or create multiple actions to simultaneously adjust audio, lighting and camera settings, all with a single touch. Note that Wave Link does not require any external audio processing hardware.
