DIN rail mounted DMX merger
DmxMerger is a device for combining the signals of multiple lighting controllers, up to six different DMX signals, into a single network of the same type. DmxMerger offers three different strategies among its six inputs: LTP, HTP and Priority.
Latest Takes Precedence selects one of the LTP inputs based on the port with the most recent change; this can be a change in channel levels or a DMX signal becoming active.
Highest Takes Precedence, on the other hand, is used to combine the HTP inputs and the LTP merging result. In this strategy each DMX channel is compared across the inputs and the highest value is forwarded to the output.
If a DMX signal is present on the Priority input, this input is routed directly to the DmxMerger output, and all other inputs are ignored.
