The new Avolites Diamond D9-215 is a more compact version of the flagship lighting controller in the new Avolites range, the D9-330.

Developed using over forty years of experience designing professional lighting control systems, the D9-215 introduces a completely redesigned interface, a larger display area, and advanced multimedia integration, enabling unified management of all visual elements of the show.

Handcrafted in London, it builds on Avolites' heritage of quality and reliability. This console uses touch-sensitive Penny & Giles motorized faders, high-resolution optical rotary faders, and short-throw flash buttons with positive tactile control for perfect timing. The fader and encoder level meters can be color-coded to make grouping even easier and quickly recognize controls when it matters. Each fader features an 11-segment RGB level meter that tracks the playback halo color, especially useful on rotary faders when switching pages. Plus, there are additional macro buttons with a dedicated screen right in the playback section, flashing buttons under the faders, perfectly aligned labeling, and page banks for each section.

A T-bar is used for super-smooth transitions, offering more refined control with even smoother manual fades. Combined with the exclusive Scene Master feature, it offers maximum creativity. With its contact-free design, the fader remains as precise as ever, even after years of use. The Scene Master feature is complemented by a double-width Commit button and four additional control buttons, as well as a dedicated LCD screen for continuous status data. With two motorized faders, eight control buttons, and a Go button, theatrical cue list performance is at your fingertips.

A key feature of this console, which makes it unique, is the presence of a 1 GB LC Quad opticalCON fiber port for connection to the Titan switch (network switch with fiber port) and thus creating a fully fiber-optic system. Avolites is currently the only brand offering this type of technology for a lighting console.

The console is shipped in a flight case.
