Cuety is a next-generation controller that transforms your iPad into a powerful lighting console. It is designed for architectural and architainment installations, performance spaces, facade lighting, museums, churches, cruise ships, trade show booths, shopping malls, hotels and restaurants, nightclubs, gardens and lounges.
Easy to use and affordable, Cuety allows you to take full advantage of the mobility of the iPad and its multi-touch display. The controller has full support for moving heads, LEDs, conventional lighting and DMX-controlled special effects. The Cuety app requires the Cuety LPU. This device is connected via Ethernet and offers an optically isolated DMX-512 port.
The system architecture of Cuety and LPU is very robust. The powerful LPU contains the engine that controls the show, calculates fade times and renders dynamic effects. The Cuety app is the user interface. In the event of a Wi-Fi interruption the show will continue to run.
Cuety offers a cuelist based system that is the industry standard in professional lighting. You will program your lights according to the same workflow that top LDs use for stadium sized events. A powerful built-in effects generator provides automatic pan & tilt movements, various intensity sequences and colorful RGB effects. The effects generator can be optimized by changing parameters such as speed, size and phase shift.
Cuety comes with an impressive library of over 4,500 different DMX-512 fixtures. Most fixtures also have multiple operating modes. New personality files can be easily requested via the online technical support forum.
Cuety Remote is a smartphone app that allows you to remotely control the Cuety LPU by activating the play buttons. It does not allow you to change the light memories. There are two versions of the LPU available. The LPU-1 is designed for entertainment lighting and is very affordable. The LPU-2 is designed for fixed installations and offers extra protocols such as OSC, UDP, TCP and HTTP.
