SRT is a video streaming protocol designed to provide low latency video streams over networks such as the Internet, where it allows the best live video quality even under unreliable conditions. It takes into account packet loss, jitter and fluctuating bandwidth while maintaining video integrity and quality. NVD-40 can also directly decode video streams from many live platforms such as YouTube Live, Dailymotion and Livestream, and can be paired with Datavideo NVS-33 / 34 / 35 / 40 and other webcast encoders to create Full HD video transmission architecture based on Ethernet, WiFi or Internet.
Finally, this decoder is perfectly compatible with the Datavideo dvCloud live streaming platform; when connected to dvCloud, you can remotely control the decoder from anywhere in the world without firewall configuration: the unit sends a single stream to the cloud and the cloud distributes it to multiple decoders via its high speed connection to the internet backbone. The RMC-12 remote control is included.
