This 1 Gb Audio over IP transmitter is designed to acquire analog and digital audio signals and convert them into digital audio streams for transmission via Ethernet to an IP‑A750RX receiver. It supports optical (Toslink / S/PDIF) and analog (line IN and MIC IN) inputs, offering maximum flexibility in managing audio sources.
The acquired signal is encapsulated in an IP stream and transported via a standard LAN network, allowing connections of up to 100 meters between units and switches with CAT 5/6 cabling. Integrated into the IP‑7000 series 1 Gb AV over IP system, the transmitter can be managed via the IP‑CS7 controller, which enables discovery, configuration, monitoring and firmware updates from a centralized web interface.
The device also includes IP‑to‑RS‑232 bridging, allowing control of serial devices via an IP network, expanding integration possibilities in professional installations.
