In the latest episode of Audio Effetti Stream, our Video Product Specialist Michael Leonessa presents the new features introduced with PixelFlow version 1.7.1, an update that brings significant improvements in project management, system programming, and control of Pixelhue devices.
The software’s initial interface has been redesigned to make project creation and device addition more immediate. Once configuration begins, users can work simultaneously on multiple units, such as P20-DS processors, without the need to switch from one device to another: screens, AUX outputs, and configurations are now managed within a single project.
P20-DS (with Flight Case)SEAMLESS SWITCHER - 8 x DP 1.2 / HDMI 2.0 + 4 x 12G-SDI inputs, 4 x 12G-SDI outputs, 8 x HDMI 2.0 outputs presentation switcher, Dante Audio networking, with flight case
Among the most relevant updates in the Screen page is the ability to display and configure screens belonging to different devices in parallel. This makes signal assignment easier, streamlines multi-screen organization, and enables faster intervention on configurations without changing the operating context.
Version 1.7.1 also introduces new preset management options, allowing users to save complete or relative configurations and precisely choose which elements to include from layers to backgrounds, up to image quality in models that handle DSK directly on the input.
The update additionally brings full support for simulation and control of the new P80 model, enabling users to view its internal structure, routing logic, and SDI matrix directly from the software. Workflow efficiency has also been enhanced with an expanded work area and faster device navigation via Multiviewer.
P80 (with flight case) - High-performance modular presentation switcher, 8K-ready FPGA architecture, up to 28 input channels and 16 simultaneous 4K sources via HDMI, DisplayPort and 12G-SDI, 4 main 4K outputs, 8 auxiliary outputs, advanced 4K layering
An upgrade designed to provide technicians with greater speed, control and precision when configuring professional video systems.
