An LED wall that doesn’t look like an LED wall: what exactly is EasyNATURAL?
EasyNATURAL is an indoor LED display that uses a multilayer optical surface to reproduce realistic textures. It is not a simple decorative print or an adhesive film applied later on, traditional solutions that suffer from low transmittance (how much light can pass through a material, expressed as a percentage) and cause annoying color shifts: the texture is an integral part of the module, achieved through a nano-optical surface that guarantees material fidelity, visual continuity, and extremely low reflectance, equal to just 0.5% when the light hits the panel vertically.
This means that, when the display is off, the surface looks like a real premium material panel. When it is turned on, the texture disappears and gives way to sharp, bright images completely free of color shifts. As mentioned, the nano-optical surface ensures high luminance without any loss of secondary light, keeping images bright even in very well-lit environments. The surface is hydrophobic: the water droplet contact angle, equal to or greater than 110°, indicates that water does not adhere but quickly slides off, helping keep the panel cleaner and less prone to dust buildup. It also offers scratch resistance certified to surface hardness 3H (able to withstand the scoring of a 3H pencil applied with a force of 1 kg at 45°), far superior to traditional COB modules that stop at HB-2H.
Flip-chip COB technology ensures black uniformity, better thermal management, and a refresh rate of ≥ 3840 Hz, ideal for dynamic content and premium applications free of flicker in video recordings. The cabinet, only 29.8 mm thick, allows elegant installations perfectly integrated into walls. Intrinsic circuit safety is guaranteed by a structural shield with 3 + 7 levels of total protection, which makes the display anti-bump, dustproof, antistatic, anti-moisture, resistant to salt spray and mold, while eliminating the unpleasant moiré effect.
Another distinctive element is the ability to create surfaces without perceptible seams. The texture extends from one module to another with natural continuity, thanks to the seamless mapping system that eliminates the "tile" effect typical of older printed or laminated solutions. To promptly meet designers' requests with optimized budgets and fast delivery, Audio Effetti provides, upon request, six ready-to-stock standard texture patterns: light wood, dark wood, textured concrete, and three marble variants with veining.
In addition, fully customized (custom) patterns can be requested, developed using the size of the single module as the measurement unit.
Any tips for everyday use?
EasyNATURAL is designed to be easy to manage. Once installed, the display automatically recalls the saved settings and behaves like part of the environment: it requires no special attention, no additional decorative panels, and no aesthetic compromises.
In day-to-day use, the operator only has to choose the content to play.
