The HPA HYBRID-4C is a hybrid 4-channel power amplifier, meaning it operates both at low impedance and at 100 V, with final stages operating in Class-D. It offers impressive power and flexibility of use, adapting to various application contexts.
It delivers 4 x 400 WRMS on 8 ohms, 4 x 800 WRMS on 4 ohms and 4 x 1200 WRMS on 2.7 ohms, demonstrating its ability to provide considerable power in all circumstances. Furthermore, in 100 V mode it delivers 4 x 200 WRMS and in bridge mode, 2 x 1500 WRMS (8 ohms / 100 V), making it ideal for installations requiring considerable power. The stereo, parallel and bridge modes increase the versatility of the device.
Equipped with the Pascal Audio L-PRO2S amplifier module, which differentiates it from classic Powersoft amplifiers, the HYBRID-4C guarantees superior sound quality with a damping factor greater than 350, ensuring exceptional speaker control. The input sensitivity of 1 V and the balanced input impedance of 20 kohms (unbalanced 10 kohms) allow easy compatibility with various audio sources.
The signal to noise ratio is 119 dB, the total harmonic distortion (THD) does not exceed 0.05% at 1 kHz and the frequency response extends from 20 Hz to 20 kHz within ± 0.5 dB.
Connections are facilitated by XLR inputs and speakON and Euroblock outputs, allowing for quick and safe installation, while the integrated electronic, thermal and electrical protections guarantee the reliability of the power amplifier, even in intense operating conditions. Finally, cooling is entrusted to efficient fans and the start-up is gradual.
