The MADRIX USB SMPTE looks like a cable with a USB 2.0 connector on one end and a 3-pin XLR on the other. It is actually an input device that allows you to use SMPTE Time Code to time synchronise between multiple fixtures and devices.
This device receives data via a 3-pin female XLR connector and can be connected to any USB 2.0 port. It is designed to synchronize the automated playback of scenes and effects in MADRIX 5 by using the Cue List.
