Purple Cloud is the cloud platform developed by Visual Productions for remote management of CueCore and KioscTouch series lighting control systems.

It allows real-time monitoring of device status, playback, network messages, and system performance, offering complete oversight from anywhere through an intuitive, anywhere-accessible interface. The Project Dashboard allows you to organize devices into projects, assign names and locations, and instantly view the overall status of the installation, including online devices, DMX/RDM fixtures, and event lists with status notifications. The platform integrates advanced features such as remote backup and restore of CueCore3 files, user role management, and an online RMA process for submitting and tracking repairs. Security is ensured by advanced authentication, password management, 2FA, HTTPS connections, and end-to-end encryption between cloud and devices.

The Freemium version includes all the platform's core features and has specific limits on the maximum number of devices that can be registered, projects that can be managed, backup files that can be archived, and users who can access the same account. While it offers RDM fixture monitoring and status viewing, the Freemium version does not include the advanced RDM fixture details, as indicated in the technical specifications. All essential remote supervision, project management, backup, security, and RMA features remain available.
