Ultimatte 12 HD Mini is a real-time hardware keyer designed for broadcast quality chroma keys, photorealistic virtual sets, and advanced compositing, even with consumer HDMI cameras. The keyer analyzes the background color (usually green or blue) and precisely removes it, isolating the subject and preparing them for insertion into a virtual environment. Featuring HDMI connections and Ultimatte 12 algorithms, it offers the same quality as higher-end models in a compact, affordable package, making it ideal for video studios, professional streaming, e-learning, and live production.

Designed to integrate seamlessly with Blackmagic Studio Cameras and ATEM Mini switchers, it features a 6GB internal still pool that lets you load backgrounds and graphic layers to create realistic virtual sets without the need for external systems. 10-bit processing, advanced color separation, and contamination correction ensure clean edges, detailed hair, and natural compositions, even in less than perfect shooting conditions. N.B. The device combines the captured subject and the virtual background in real time, generating a composite video signal, ready for live or recording.
