In the new video published on Audio Effetti Stream, our Pre Sales Manager Roberto Villa presents Iridah by EGO Display, the new generation of indoor rental LED walls developed for service providers and professionals who work every day in live events, conventions, television productions, touring, and temporary installations.
When the pixel pitch decreases, visual quality increases, but the vulnerability of the LED modules also grows. Impacts during transport, dust, humidity, oxidation, and frequent assembly and disassembly operations can compromise the reliability of the display, generating maintenance work and costs that are hard to overlook.
To address these critical issues, Iridah introduces HOB technology, a process developed to increase LED protection and the overall stability of the panel while maintaining high levels of contrast, uniformity, and black depth.
In the video, Roberto Villa explains how this technology follows a different approach from the more widespread COB and GOB solutions, with concrete advantages for rental applications. The surface of the modules is in fact designed to better withstand the typical stresses of intensive use, without giving up the possibility of working on the LED boards if needed.
