Audio Effetti presents a new Evolite moving head washlight for lighting and entertainment professionals.
Equipped with no fewer than 19 Osram 4-in-1 RGBW LEDs, it can generate precision beams thanks to a super-sharp optical system with motorised zoom and, above all, its staggering output of up to 142,000 lx at 1 m, which translates to an extremely high 14,400 lx at a distance of 8 m.
Supplied in its dedicated flight case, this fixture is just waiting to be seen in action!
The name Diamond already suggests sparkling performance. This moving head is capable of generating astonishing lighting effects, characterised by a vast chromatic range that is achieved thanks to its RGBW LEDs, along with their combined movements. In addition to the motorised Pan/Tilt movements, a third motor rotates the plate of 19 LEDs relative to the head itself to generate the Diamond effect that gives it its name.
As previously mentioned, the Evolite Diamond 19x40z is a multi-beam wash luminaire. The 19 Osram LEDs of 40 watts each project the light beams through special lenses with an adjustable beam angle from 3.5° to 50°. The electronic zoom is lightning fast!
A special feature of the luminaire is that each individual LED can be controlled independently, colour by colour, to generate ‘flower’ or ‘clock-face’ type effects.
Diamond has an efficient heat dissipation system that uses a fan and is thermally regulated for extremely quiet operation.
Seven DMX control modes, from 21 to 99 channels
This versatile luminaire can be controlled in seven different DMX modes, with 21/23/35/78/92/97 or 99 channels. As an alternative, it also is capable of fully automatic and sound-triggered operation.
In the centre of the front panel on the base, there is a TFT LCD display for the configuration using the classic MENU, UP, DOWN and ENTER keys.
On the rear panel are the DMX IN and OUT connectors with 3- or 5-pin XLRs, while mains power IN and OUT connections are via powerCON True connectors.
The fixture features folding pipe clamps integrated directly into the base, and includes a flight case (with wheels) to facilitate transportation and storage.
To sum it up, the Evolite Diamond 19x40z offers a combination of power, versatility and control, making it an excellent choice for events where professional lighting is required. You won’t find anything like it on the market, so get ready for mesmerising visual performance!
